ABOUT

In second grade, my teacher told me to write to my heart's content, so I started writing and never stopped. My first (unpublished) book was an illustrated children's picture book about seals that is probably still on my mom's shelf. My first published book came out in 2018.

I grew up in Louisiana. After high school, I attended Gardner-Webb University where I earned a degree in American Sign Language and elementary education. Currently, I live in Alabama with my husband and six adorable cats.

I love Jesus with all of my heart, and my writing reflects that. My prayer is that when you read my books you will find them thought-provoking or uplifting. Or ideally, both.
